If you’re here, you probably want to know who I am beyond the job titles and conference badges - so here goes:

Professional Human Judgement on Data person, yet an automation project enthusiast

I've 8+ years of experience in data operations - did taxonomy and catalog operations, managed large-scale human judgment data projects, LLM labeling, and ended up in my last role as a 1-woman special projects squad. 

I'm a process and tool innovator, combining Python, SQL, and LLMs to create new capabilities and reduce the manual load.

But really, underneath it all, I just don't trust data that I can't see with my own eyes and I'll use my analytical tools to uncover the issues.

Community Leader & Meetup Organizer

I organize and lead the Data Operations IL community, with more than 600 members. I've organized so far 10+ meetups with collaborating companies such as Wix, Fiverr, eBay, Salesforce, and more. 

If you find a data operations event in Israel, chances are I had something to do with it.

Conference Speaker & Almost-compulsive Knowledge Sharer

I love sharing what I know! 

I’ve given talks at conferences (hayaData, Data TLV), meetups (PyData, חל"דאטה, PyWeb, Code Mavens to name a few), university courses, and more.

I give talks on subjects such as intro to data operations, quality in data labeling, building data annotation operations, and LLM labeling. Check out the Talks page for more details! 

What’s Next?

I’m seeking a hands-on role doing the stuff that usually bores other people: playing with gigantic raw datasets, building data feeds, human judgment work (data labeling, curation, etc), and the kind of taxonomy and metadata work that makes most eyes glaze over. I thrive when I’m both deep in the details and mapping the big picture.
